What is recorded when you visit
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare. As with any hosting, when you open a page the server receives your IP address, and Cloudflare uses it to deliver the page and for security purposes.
Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy, and we have no access to it. Cloudflare is based in the USA and states that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for data coming from Europe.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
Beyond that, we collect nothing. The images and files on the page load from this website itself, not from other services.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.
Links to Facebook and Google Maps
Our pages link to our Facebook page, and the Contact page links to Google Maps. Nothing from these services loads while you read this website.
Only if you click a link does that service open, and from then on the privacy policy of Meta or Google applies.
When you contact us
If you call us, email us or message us on Facebook, we use your name, your contact details and what you tell us only to reply and, if we work together, for the job you give us. Legal basis: answering your request and the work that follows (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Emails go through Zoho Mail, on servers in the European Union, and Facebook messages through Meta. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
We keep them for as long as the request or the job needs, and for as long as the law requires, for example for invoices and receipts.
You do not have to give us any details, but without a phone number or email we cannot reply. We make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit how we use it, to receive it in a format you can easily take elsewhere, or to object to its use.
Call us on +30 22620 21483 or email [email protected], and we will reply within one month.
Complaints to the Data Protection Authority
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Ave, 115 23 Athens, Greece, tel. +30 210 6475600, www.dpa.gr.
Changes to this page
If anything is added to the website, for example a form or visitor statistics, we will update this page and the date at the top.
